Ingredients

1 piece of pork chop approx. 1.5-1.8 kg

1 pack hot dip

100 grams of brown sugar

1 bottle of Jack Daniels whiskey

6 cans of coke

What to do

Start bly splitting the meat in 4 approx. equal parts, and put it in a freezebag along with brown farin, hot dip, a little cola and a nice whip of Jack Daniels.

Then massage the meat well and thoroughly inside the bag. When it is well rubbed, place the bag on the fridge for 1 hour

Meanwhile, make a drink with the rest of the coke, ice cubes and a nice whip of Jack Daniels. Wait time is fun time.

Set the oven to 125 degrees, and pour the meat into a frying pan of the appropriate size, finally bring all the dishes together.

Cover with foil and put in the oven for approx. 2 hours, then turn the oven down to approx. 90 degrees, and let it bake for 10 hours, I usually do it over night.

As stated before waiting time is fun time, and for 10 hours, it should be possible to get a little funtime with Jack Daniels and Cola.

When time has elapsed, rip the meat apart with 2 forks, hence the name Pulled Pork.

Season with salt and pepper, if desired. If it’s going to be extra hot, I can recommend Ligham’s Chili.

Serve it in a good crisp bowl of finely chopped bowl, greased with garlic Mayo, or whatever you like.

If there is more Jack Daniels and Coke, then it’s time to drink, otherwise you’ll have to go to the grocery store.
