Here is an Easy Sugar Preserved Clementine Recipe. It is a good way to store your Clementines, and it tastes really good.
What You need:
500 grams of cane sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1 vanilla pole
1 muskat flower
½ liter of water

Water, sugar, cinnamon pole, mashed potatoes and vanilla duck, split lengthwise, are added to gentle cooking.
