2 dl yogurt
3 teaspoons ginger, finely chopped
2 tablespoons. Garam masala
2 tsp. Himalayan salt
2 lime, the juice of which
600 gr chicken breast
What to do
Start making the marinade by yogurt in a bowl, together with garam masala, ginger, salt and lime juice.
Mix well and then chop into thick strips, then turn the chicken into marinade.
After the chicken has been marinade for about 1 hour, at room temperature, the chicken and marinade is placed in an ovenproof dish and put in a preheated oven at 225 degrees. Let it bake for 25 minutes.
2 large onions, finely chopped
2 fat. garlic, finely chopped
2 tsp. ginger, finely chopped
4 tablespoons. concentrated tomato puree
1 ds coconut milk
2 tablespoons. oil for sautering / frying
What to do
The sauce is made as follows: Sauter the onions shiny and transparent in oil with stirring. Add garlic, ginger and tomato paste, and a little water. Boil the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes, add the pre-fried chicken and marinade. Heat well throughout the boiling point, stirring and add coconut milk.
Season with salt and freshly ground pepper
